Philippa Lance Interior Design overs a full service with an ethos that the overall look should be cohesive and seamless and has a highly skilled team to take care of your interior design project from start to finish.
At the initial stage Philippa will meet with you to learn about you and the way you live, listen to your brief, gather an insight on the space and look at available plans.... Your brief and expectations will then be interpreted into a design proposal which Philippa will offer to you, outlining the projects main objectives and how her aim to achieve these along with associated fees. Philippa Lance Interior Design take pride and satisfaction of delivering her own design and taking the project through to completion; therefore we do not work on a concept only basis.
Time is taken in the translation of the clients brief to evolve into a design concept to ultimately exceed expectation. Using Space planning in AutoCAD along with sketches, visual product boards and 3D visuals upon request, the concept is illustrated and presented to the client.
Philippa will deal with the research and sourcing of product for your project. Some elements can be designed bespoke for the client and manufactured to exacting specifications by her highly skilled cabinet makers, upholsterers and seamstresses.
To enable the smooth running of the interior design project Philippa will provide schedules for trades and oversee her own recommended tradesman working on the project. Philippa will take care of product procurement, ordering within lead times to meet the projects deadline and will professionally deal with any suppliers issues which may occur. Philippa Lance Interior Design handle the installation of every element of the project so to take the stress away from the client. The space will then be dressed and styled to welcome the client into their new space!
